Aramco SAES-A-204 Scope & Legal Enforceability

Governs all terrestrial, aerial, and offshore surveys conducted for Saudi Aramco facilities, pipeline corridors, drilling pads, and marine export terminals. All survey contractors must be pre-qualified with Class A Aramco vendor codes.

Pipeline ROW Demarcation & As-Built Verification

Requires continuous 3D coordinate capture of welded pipe centerlines prior to backfilling, depth-of-cover logging, and cathodic protection cable markers with horizontal tolerances of ±10mm.

Offshore Wellhead & Platform Bathymetry

Mandatory multibeam swath and side-scan sonar clearance within 500m radius of any jack-up rig deployment or subsea pipeline tie-in in the Arabian Gulf and Red Sea.
